POLYURETHANE FOAM CLEANER

Description

Premier's XtraFoam Cleaner is a cleaning solvent used to dissolve uncured low expansion polyurethane foam sealant and adhesive. It is also useful for dissolving grease on iron, steel, chrome, aluminum, non- varnished wood and marble. It is designed for use with our one-component dispensing guns.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Ensure proper personal protective equipment is used at all times.

GENERAL CLEANING: Saturate linen cloth or colorless paper in Premier’s XtraFoam Cleaner and wipe the surface. Repeat procedure with clean cloth. GUN CLEANING: screw the can with the adapter onto the gun. The can must not be used sideways - keep upright. Carefully pull the gun trigger to release cleaning agent into the gun. Once the cleaner begins to exit the gun, release the trigger. Let the cleaner set inside the gun for 1-2 minutes. Repeat process until exited cleaner is clear. Repeat procedure as needed.

STORAGE:

12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures of 75 deg. F.

HEALTH AND SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:

Extremely flammable. Irritating to eyes. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Vapors may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not breathe spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection.

Use only in well-ventilated areas.

Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking.
