CLIMATE CONTROL WINTER GRADE FOAM

Description

XtraFoam™ Climate Control Winter Grade is a very low expanding, one-component, multipurpose, polyurethane foam specially formulated to be applied in severe climate conditions. Its formulation can be used at temperatures as low as 10 Degrees F. The low pressure, airtight insulation foam blocks drafts, moisture and insects. It is environmentally safe, contains no CFC’s or HCFC’s.

Specifications

APPLICATION:

Type: ALL substrates except PE, PP. State of Surface: clean, free of dust and grease. Preparation: Moistening of the surfaces improves adhesion, curing and denser cellular structure.

Method: Aerosol can, shake well before use, insert into gun adaptor, turn 90 degrees where can is upside down and click to fit into foam gun. Shake can regularly during application. If PU Foam is applied in layers, spray surface with a fine water spray between each layer to ensure optimal cellular structure and perfect curing. Optimum Application temperature: +60-100 deg. F. PACKAGING:

20oz spray can. 12 cans per case.

SHELF-LIFE:

12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at
temperatures of 75 deg. F. Please note that XtraFoam must be stored in the upright position.

HEALTH AND SAFETY RECOMMENDATION:

Apply the standard industrial hygiene techniques. Wear gloves and safety goggles. Remove cured foam by mechanical means only,never burn away. SEE INDIVIDUAL CANS OF FOAM FOR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS.

This product is guaranteed to give satisfactory performance if applied in accordance with the label directions. Liability to Premier Industrial Supply, Inc. (Premier) is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or product replacement if product is proven defective. Premier shall not be liable for loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental. There are no other warranties expressed or implied including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
