Description

XtraFlash is a heavy duty, flexible, tear resistant, woven polypropylene nail on flashing designed to prevent moisture and water intrusion when used around windows and doors. XtraFlash was engineered to provide excellent durability when exposed to high ultraviolet rays and has the ability to withstand high winds. The cross woven design is to be mechanically fastened with staples or capped nails.

Specifications

COMPATIBILITY:

XtraFlash has been tested with all the XtraBond™ Sealants and has been determined compatible. If this product is used with any other sealants, a compatibility test and adhesion test must be conducted by the purchaser or end user. The purchaser should contact the company providing such products.

LIMITATIONS:

XtraFlash should not be installed horizontally or at slopes less than 60 degrees. XtraFlash should be covered in a reasonable amount of time after installed around the window or door perimeter. It is not recommend for use on roofs or skylights. Please inspect the Flashing prior to covering to ensure product is free of defect from protrusions or damage that may compromise the integrity of the product’s moisture resistance.

NOTICE:

Splicing in the weave of the product is a normal occurrence during the
manufacturing process in order to achieve continuous 300 foot roll lengths. Do not use or apply this spliced section; simply cut off the spliced section, discard, and continue with normal application.

PREMIER INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY, INC (“PREMIER”). WARRANTS THAT THE XTRAFLASH PRODUCT SHALL BE FREE OF LEAKS DURING ITS LIFETIME AND WILL GIVE SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE IF NSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S WRITTEN NSTRUCTIONS AND ACCEPTED INDUSTRY STANDARDS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS MISAPPLIED OR THERE IS POOR WORKMANSHIP IN THE APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT AND COMPONENTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  ATURAL CAUSES, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD, EARTHQUAKE, LIGHTINING, HURRICANE, FIRE, FLOOD OR ACTS OF WAR, DISINTEGRATION OF THE UNDERLYING SUBSTRATES, MECHANICAL DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENTS CAUSED BY INDIVIDUALS, TOOLS OR OTHER OUTSIDE AGENTS SHALL VOID THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PREMIER'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND PREMIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY OR STRICT LIABILITY
