XtraFlash™ Plus - Advanced Water & Moisture Barrier System
XtraFlash Plus is a heavy duty, flexible, tear resistant, woven polypropylene mechanical flashing system incorporating a patent pending fold system. XtraFlash Plus utilizes a heavy weight material that has a 1 1/2" strip of butyl applied between the folded flashing of a 12" nail on polypropylene material as well as a 1 ½” strip that will cover the traditional flange, once applied. It's used in mission critical applications that require water & moisture barrier protection.
