Description

XtraBond™ 9500OEM is a high performance, one component, permanently flexible, easy to use, multi-purpose fast cure modified polyurethane sealant. XtraBond™ 9500 cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture to form a durable bond.

Specifications

HOW TO USE:

For best results, prepare clean, dry surface. Cut nozzle to desired bead size and puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Can be painted within 2 hours depending upon bead size. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvents. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test any proposed uses with any and/or all substrates.

SURFACE PREPARATIONS:

The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

WHITE, ULTRA CLEAR, BEIGE, ALMOND, BRONZE, DESERT TAN, SANDLEWOOD, CANVAS, TERROTONE, SANDSTONE, OFF-WHITE.

10.3 and 20.0 oz Sausages

STORAGE LIFE:

10 months shelf life. Material is to be stored in a controlled environment below 75 deg. F.

ASTM C-920 Type S & TTS-0230C, Grade NT, Class 25.

This product is guaranteed to give satisfactory performance if applied in accordance with the label directions. Liability to Premier Industrial Supply, Inc. (Premier) is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or product replacement if product is proven defective. Premier shall not be liable for loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental. There are no other warranties expressed or implied including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
