Description

XtraBond™ 7500TX is a textured, one component, high performance, permanently flexible, easy to use, multi-purpose fast cure polyurethane sealant. XtraBond™ 7500TX cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture to form a durable bond.

Specifications

SURFACE PREPERATIONS:

The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

HOW TO USE:

For best results, prepare a clean, dry surface. Cut nozzle desired bead size and puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvents. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test and proposed use of our products with any and/all substrates.

10.1 fl oz cartridges, 24 cartridges per case 10.3 oz & 20 oz fl oz. sausages, 20 sausages per case 1, 3, 5 & 55 gallon pals/drums available upon request.

COLOR:

CREAM WHITE, WHITE, BEIGE, ALMOND, BRONZE, DESERT TAN Special colors upon request.

STORAGE LIFE:

12 months shelf life. Material is to be stored in a controlled environment below 75 degrees.

SPECIFICATIONS:

ASTM C-920 Type S & TTS-0230C, Grade NT, Class 25. AAMA 808.3-92 Exterior Perimeter Sealing.

This product is guaranteed to give satisfactory performance if applied in accordance with the label directions. Liability to Premier Industrial Supply, Inc. (Premier) is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or product replacement if product is proven defective. Premier shall not be liable for loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental. There are no other warranties expressed or implied including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
