ROOF TILE POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE

Description

XtraBond™6500 is a one component, permanently flexible, roof tile polyurethane adhesive/sealant. Manufactured for excellent adhesion to roof tile, concrete, clay, slate, pre-painted metals, masonry, stone, aluminum, and sheet metal without the need of a primer. XtraBond™ 6500 cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture to form a durable tight bond.

Specifications

SURFACE PREPERATIONS:

The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

HOW TO USE:

For Best Results, ensure surface is clean, dry and free of oil or grease. Cut nozzle to desired bead size and puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Sealant will gain a skin in 3-4 hours and exhibit full cure within 24 hours. Can be applied in warm or cold conditions. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test and proposed use of our products with any and/all substrates.

STORAGE LIFE:

Material is to be stored under controlled dry environment (below 75 deg. F.) Use within 12 months from date of manufacture.

NOTICE:

This product does not eliminate the use of mechanical fasteners. Contact your manufacturer for best installation methods and use caution in high wind areas.

This product is guaranteed to give satisfactory performance if applied in accordance with the label directions. Liability to Premier Industrial Supply, Inc. (Premier) is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or product replacement if product is proven defective. Premier shall not be liable for loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental. There are no other warranties expressed or implied including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
