Rubber Butyl Sealant

Description

XtraBond™ 1500 is a one component, gun grade, permanently flexible, general purpose butyl rubber sealant. Manufactured for excellent adhesion to glass, wood, roof tile, concrete, clay, slate, sheet metal, most common building materials and most plastics without the need of a primer. XtraBond™" 1500 has excellent weatherability, non staining, paintable and stays permanently elastic even when exposed to both high and low temperatures.

Specifications

SURFACE PREPREATION:

The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

HOW TO USE:

For Best Results, make sure surface is clean, dry and free of oil or grease. Cut nozzle to desired bead size and puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Can be applied in warm or cold conditions. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test all proposed use of our products with any and/all substrates.

(Premier) is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or product replacement if product is proven defective. Premier shall not be liable for loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental. There are no other warranties expressed or implied including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
