PREMIUM GRADE ACRYLIC URETHANE SEALANT

Description

XtraBond® 100 is a premium grade acrylic urethane sealant. It has been specially developed for the use in the installation of windows, doors and siding markets. XtraBond® 100 is mildew resistant and has been formulated to provide minimal shrinkage when cured. XtraBond® 100 cures rapidly to form a durable tight bond.

Specifications

HOW TO USE:

For Best Results, make sure surface is clean, dry and free of oil or grease. Cut nozzle to desired bead size and puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Sealant will gain a skin in 20 minutes and exhibit full cure within 24 hours. Can be applied in warm or cold conditions. Clean excess material with waster. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test any proposed uses with any and/or all substrates.

SURFACE PREPERATIONS:

The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

Storage Life

Material is to be stored under controlled dry environment (below 75 deg. F.) Use within 24 months from date of manufacture. Do not freeze.

(Premier) is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or product replacement if product is proven defective.
